WWF Royal Rumble Super Nintendo Game Tips
With the 30th anniversary of the release of WWF Royal Rumble on the Super Nintendo approaching we have decided to create a guide on hints and tips of this great game. It’s no secret that we here at Retro Gamer 128 love this game as we have posed many videos and shorts on our YouTube channel. This guide will evolve and will continually be updated. If you have any hints, tips or cheats please feel free to leave them in the comments.
The Super Nintendo version has the following 12 wrestlers to
choose from:
Bret Hart, The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Randy Savage, Crush, "The Narcissist" Lex Luger, Ric Flair, Mr. Perfect, Ted DiBiase, Yokozuna, and Tatanka.
Special Moves / Finishers
To perform any of the special moves listed below, the health
meter of opponent must be low (Red).
Bret Hart: Sharpshooter - When opponent is laid out on the
canvas, move over to opponent’s feet and press the R button.
The Undertaker: Tombstone Piledriver - When grappling with opponent
keep pressing the R button.
Shawn Michaels: Back Suplex - When opponent is standing and
groggy/dazed, walk behind opponent and press the R button.
Razor Ramon: The Razors Edge - When grappling with opponent
keep pressing the R button.
Randy Savage: Flying Elbow - When opponent is laid out on
the canvas, climb the top turnbuckle and press R button.
Crush: Cranium Crunch - When opponent is standing and
groggy/dazed, walk behind opponent and press the R button.
"The Narcissist" Lex Luger: Running Forearm: -
Whip opponent to ropes, run the opposite way, when both wrestlers meet press
the R button.
Ric Flair: Figure 4 Leg Lock - When opponent is laid out on
the canvas, move over to opponents’ feet and press the R button.
Mr. Perfect: Perfect Plex - When grappling with opponent
keep pressing the R button.
Ted DiBiase: Million Dollar Dream - When opponent is
standing and groggy/dazed, walk behind opponent and press the R button.
Yokozuna: Banzai Drop - When opponent is laid out on the
canvas, climb the top turnbuckle and press the R button.
Tatanka: Reverse Slam - Whip opponent to ropes, as the
wrestler comes back towards you press the R button.
